    Terms & conditions

1 Refund, Credit Note or Exchange (Faulty Goods): Refund, Credit Note or Exchange can be effected within 14 days of date of purchase as shown on the applicable till receipt but only in respect of goods that are found to be faulty ‘out of box’. In the event that goods fail to perform to specification outside of this 14 day time period a warranty claim must be made in line with manufacturer requirements. An exception to the 14 day period applies when goods bought at any time in December as Christmas presents may be returned as faulty up to and including close of business 31st December following. In all cases where the possible cause of failure is Customer Inflicted Damage - which may well not be immediately evident such as liquid damage to phones, cameras or laptop computers - Refund, Credit Note or Exchange can only take place after a proper inspection of the goods has taken place and in such cases the 14 day period will be extended until the outcome of the inspection is known. Regardless of any of the provisions above, Refund, Credit Note or Exchange cannot take place in any circumstances after a product has been formally registered with the product manufacturer for warranty purposes or if a product has been physically damaged in any way. In all qualifying circumstances the original till receipt must be returned by way of proof of purchase.

2 Credit Note or Exchange (Non Faulty Goods): Credit Note or Exchange can be effected within 14 days of date of purchase as shown on the applicable till receipt in respect of goods that are brought back exactly as sold i.e. in original packaging and unused. Refunds are not offered for non-faulty goods. However, in the event of bad advice or any undertaking that turns out not to be the true, this policy may be amended by the Store Manager or Acting Store Manager provided the claim can be substantiated. An exception to the 14 day period applies when goods bought at any time in December as Christmas presents may be returned up to and including close of business 31st December following. In all qualifying circumstances the original till receipt must be returned by way of proof of purchase.

3 Warranty Issues: For Goods covered by a Manufacturer warranty, the warranty comes into effect as of the date of sale shown on the applicable till receipt. The warranty agreement is between you and the Manufacturer and usually necessitates the despatch of the goods to a third party for repair when faults occur. Provided the prevailing warranty procedures allow third party support, we will assist in the process of resolving matters in a timely and acceptable way but you will be responsible for any carriage costs incurred.
